TURKEY ON A PLATTER

Use different colors of tempra paint and sponge paint a paper plate. While drying decorate a brown pear shaped cutout to resemble a turkey's body. Glue the cutout onto the paper plate.

Cut out corn ears out of yellow construction paper. Have toddlers finger-paint bubble wrap orange, yellow, brown, and purple. Have them place the corn ears on top of the bubble wrap. Makes very cute Indian Corn.

For Thanksgiving, I took each baby's hand and traced around it, making a pattern. I then traced that pattern onto orange, brown and green construction paper. I cut them all out and pasted them into a circle, making a wreath.

Copy large turkey. Have the children use glue sticks (purple colored ones work very well) to glue LARGE multicolored feathers onto the turkey. Again, this will probably be a one on one craft.
