Paint each child's hand orange (I like the appearance of painting the hand with a brush). Place the handprint 4 times (you may need to paint for each print) around a center point to make a circle on orange construction paper. Let each child cut a yellow circle from paper (or pre-cut the circle) and let them make a face.......buttons for eyes, pom pom for nose, draw a smile, etc. Then paste the circle in the middle of the 4 hand prints which have been cut out by an adult......instant sunshine!!!! Will brighten any classroom....guaranteed!
