"Doggie Doggie Where's your Bone" I have a small plastic bone that we play hide and seek with. The children and I take turns hiding the bone, and singing "doggie doggie where's your bone, someone hid it in your home." This encourages thinking and reasoning skills, as the children guess and eliminate possible hiding places.

After reading a book showing kittens playing with yarn (I Am a Kitten, for example), give each child a small ball of yarn to play with.
