In the toddler room at the center I work in the children really enjoy using a feather duster to paint with on cut out pieces of construction paper. For Easter you could cut out chick shapes and use pastel yellow paint and let the children feather dust their own chicks, then glue a cut out half broken egg shape to the bottom of the chick and it can be hatching out of the egg.

Use big mural paper. Use bright pastel color paints. Put a thin layer of paint in a low container (to have children put there feet in) Lay the role down. Put the container at one end and have a bowl of soapy water at the other. Have the children with your help step in the paint and walk across the paper. Then they wash there feet in the soapy bowl.  Have them use several colors.  The feet will be bunnies . When mural is dry, glue on ears, one side eye ,nose and cotton tail.  Color with green grass too. Mural "Hoppy Easter"

Boil some eggs. Crush the eggshells and mix with different food colors. Give your child a construction paper egg and have him glue the colored eggshells for a different look.
