6-11-00Clothes Race This can be done with teams, in a relay. Fill a suitcase with clothing 2-3 sizes larger than your children. Set it at one end of the playground. Your children stand at the other end. When you say go one child runs and puts on one of the outfits. He takes it off and hands it to the next child, who puts it on. The dressed up child runs back to the suitcase, takes off the outfit, and repacks it. This helps with dressing skills and it's hilarious to watch. Young children may need help or extremely simple items.
6-11-00We use the ABC's and take turns telling what we should pack for vacation. Example, "A--after shave", "B-back pack".
