I have a very young toddler class so it is sometimes hard to find snacks that they can make but this idea is really simple. To make" porcupines" peel and cut bananas in half, give the kids stick pretzels to put in the bananas. I usually show them a picture of a porcupine first which they can now identify by sight and since it is such a simple snack we usually make an extra for them to take home to mom or dad in a Ziploc bag.

Reindeer Snack- Cut white bread into triangles. Allow children to cover each triangle with peanut butter. Use a raisin for a nose, and two M&M's for the eyes. Put two pretzel sticks at the top of the reindeer head for his antlers.
