Daylene Have a cactus tasting party. In the specialty section of your supermarket's produce isle, you can buy the large "pads" from prickly pear cacti. You boil the "pads" then peel back the green skin. They really do have a good taste. You can also try what is called "cactus candy." For those of us who grew up in Arizona, this was considered tourist "snow-bird" food <LOL> However, it does taste yummy. It is made out of the fruit of the prickly pear cactus and is made into a jelly-type candy. If you know of anyone who is going to Arizona, have them pick you up some. You can find it at Sky Harbor Airport's gift shop or any "tourist" shop in Phoenix or Tucson.
