Date: 12-21-99A wonderful story to read and act out: La Borreghita and the Coyote. Wonderful folk tale from Mexico about a little lamb who uses her wit to escape from the coyote! The children love practicing their howls!
Date: 8-19-99We made jack rabbit ears to wear (just like Easter Bunny ears) except we made them brown. 1 strip of brown construction paper for headband and 2 brown shaped ears...the kids pasted a smaller lighter shade of brown shaped for the inside of the ears. They had fun hopping around pretending they were jack rabbits in the desert.
