2-20-00Oreo cookies and Apples. Give each child a couple of cookies with no drink and then let them look in the mirror and their teeth. Discuss how plaque builds up on teeth. Then give each child some apple slices and have them look at their teeth again. Discuss how healthy foods are good for your teeth and how they can actually help get your teeth clean.
2-20-00Apple Smile Give each child 2 thick apple slices, peanut butter and 6 -8 marshmallows. Have each child spread some peanut butter on each apple slice. Next, have them put the marshmallows in a row on one slice. Place the other slice on top and presto. A Toothy grin.
