Idea:

I used this idea in my Pre-k class to help them learn the bus rules. I lined all of my chair up two by two and let the children sit and pretend to get their seatbelts buckled. Then I would tell them the rules and we would pretend to practice riding in the school bus. I would get my assistant to pretend to be a train, and the kids would know to be quiet when the driver stops at a train crossing.
