Bubble, bubble, bubble!

What makes bread rise?  Find out by exploring yeast.

You need:  1 package of yeast, 1 cup of warm water (not too hot!), 1 TBS. sugar.

Mix the sugar into the warm water.  Add the yeast and watch what happens right away.  What happens after 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc?
