Area: Berries-Games

Idea:

When I read the book "Jamberry" to my class, I fill a hat with pom poms in shades of blue and purple. These look just like berries and the kids like to spoon them out of the hat or use tweezers to take the out. This is great for fine motor development.

Another game idea is to play a "Duck, Duck, Goose" style game. Replace the words with "Blue, Blue, Berry" or "Jam, Jam, Berry".
