Idea:

You will need a couple different types of balls, a baseball, soccer ball, tennis ball basketball, etc. Make a small ramp in an open area of the classroom or outside (weather permitting). Ask the children which ball will go faster down the ramp. Then let them experiment with the different balls.

Idea:

Ball Bounce:

Use different sport balls like a tennis ball, basket ball, baseball, kickball, golf ball, football, etc. Let the children first predict how high they think each ball might bounce and record their answer. Then bounce the balls and record the actual height that they bounced. This allows children to make their own predictions and immediately see the results. Its great fun.
