Idea:

(To the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle")
Write this song on chart paper or on the board. Use picture cues.

To the Sukkah
I will bring
fruits and vegetables on a
string
Tie the up
Hang them high
Through the roof
You see the sky.

As a name recog. activity, replace "I" with a name of a child in the class, and then challenge the class to sing the song the new way.

To the tune of Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Take me out to the Sukkah
Take me out in the fall
Put some shchach (leaves, branches) on top of it
And decorations on to the wall
We will shake, shake, shake, the lulav
Along with the etrog too
And there's one, two, three haddasim and four aravot.

Haddasim are the myrtle branches attached to the palm-lulav, and the aravot are the willows. The etrog is the citron fruit.
