Chocolate Heath Bar Matza

This is really good!!!!!!!!

1/2 lb. Matza 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup brown sugar chocolate chips

-melt brown sugar with margarine in saucepan; boil until mixture coats a spoon - line a cookie sheet with foil and lay Matza on pan, brush with brown sugar mixture -bake for 3-4 minutes ( watch closely-it burns easily!!!)until it starts to bubble -cover with choc chips and put back in the oven until the chips start to melt -spread the chocolate to cover the matza -freeze until hard, then break into pieces - option- sprinkle chopped nuts on top

It tastes like a Heath Bar -Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Matzo Pizza! We love to coat Matzos with tomato sauce and cheese, then we add the veggies of our choice. A quick trip to the oven and you have a delicious snack or meal.
