The colors of the Mexican flag are red, white, and green. We use two small paper plates. We use watered down glue to shellac squares of red, white, and green tissue paper onto the plates. We put beans in the plates and glue the sides together. We glue or staple streamers from on. We play our maracas to typical Mexican songs.
