Idea:

Blow up a beach ball and teacher tosses it to a child. Child must count one number outloud in Spanish, i.e. uno (one) Toss ball back to teacher. Teacher tosses to another child, he/she says "Dos" (two). So on, etc. until you get to five (cinco) Everyone then shouts "Cinco de Mayo". Can countdown backwards too.
